Any day B.tech would be a better option than BCA. B.tech provides more technical knowledge than BCA, also you can get handsome placements after your B.tech but if you are in BCA, you need to do mca, that makes it long. Also after your B.tech you can find a career in a wide field including AI and all.

B. Tech is better than B.C.A as it gives an overall knowledge and experience of technical field. After B.tech most students get placements and get stable in their career whereas B.C.A is not a bad course but to be able to work in professional field doing M.C.A gets necessary. Also B.Tech opens gate to a lot of more career opportunities and fields like Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Machine Learning that are the hot topics of future and can be accessed through B.Tech.
