You can take admission in BVSc when there would counselling for the various AYUSH courses .It will start once the admission for MBBS and BDS is over .But merely appearing in NEET won't do .You should have a minimum score of above 400 to get admission in a government veterinary college .

There will be separate counselling for AYUSH course which will also be based on NEET rank and scores of respective candidates. Following is the website of Centralised ayush department which will conduct counselling , go through it. The procedure will be same as of NEET like first step will be registeration , followed by submission of application fee , document verification , merit lists , choice filling , etc.
