Dear Rohini, IIT JAM can help you pursue M.Sc but in India, to study medicine, there are only 3 entrance examinations. They are NEET UG, AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS. NEET is a national entrance examination while AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS are institutional entrance examinations. Except for these 3, no exam can help you become a doctor. Now if you want to go abroad, and study Medicine, you need to qualify in NEET. Once you sucessfully complete your Medicine, to practise in India, you need to clear an exam called FMGE.

Hey, you won't be able to get MBBS degree if you clear IIT and go for msc.. In oder to get your MBBS degree you will have to give NEET exam and clear it with good enough marks.. Good luck..
