Hi Aspirant!

If you wish to take admission any IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), you need to first clear JEE Mains and then Jee Advanced with the required cutoff marks/rank. By writing MHT-CET you cannot get admission in any of the IITs or NITs. MHT-CET is conducted the government of Maharashtra to get admission the colleges of Maharshtra only. JEE Mains/Advanced are national level exams and MHT-CET is a state level entrance exam.
