Ananda, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks but the indiviidual cut offs increased on an average by 60-75 marks. This year few new Colleges have been added and few seats have been increased to accomodate EWS reservation as well. So, the cut offs might see a fluctuation of 15-25 marks.
