I choose marathi medium is it wright or not

When you choose any language other than English as your language mode, you will receive the paper in that particular language and English simultaneously. 

  In your case, if you choose Marathi then you will receive the question paper in Marathi and English.

English is a compulsory medium for questions so you need not worry. 

Don't worry the question paper will be in both marathi and english.. english is a compulsory language for any language the candidate prefers for giving neet ug exam...

There will be both language questions in the question paper one is English and other is language given by you don't worry.
