By pursuing BSc degree in physical science( i.e Physics,Maths and ComputerScience)can I get a job in companies like Google and microsoft??

Hello welcome to careers360.

BSc is just a degree certificate that is not at all sufficient to gets job in TOP product based companies like especially Microsoft and Google. I'm sorry that I'm very straight forward because the competition is highly to get placed in top companies.

Well there is something that you can do in order to join those companies

1. Either we have to study in top colleges like IITs or top private colleges so that those companies will come for campus recruitment and we can attend their drives can get placed

2. We have to do our master from good colleges and learn certified courses like machine learning and artificial intelligence. So that we can walk in directly for the company interviews.
