See as per the NEIPMD website, the course Diploma in Special Education of Visually Impaired needs just 10+2 with 50% marks. If you have this you can go for the course. For BA Economics Hons. the demand is very high, so you will need a good marks to pursue it. It's entirely dependent on your aim in life which course you will pursue.
