No, 12th marks don't bother in neet. You just need a aggregate score to be eligible for NEET.

NEET is the entrance exam for admission to medical colleges for MBBS and BDS courses. It only depends on your rank and aipmt/neet score. No, board exam marks will not be added to the NEET UG. ... In NEET there is no evaluation of 12th board marks.
