can 12th pass candidate apply for llb 3 year course?

Dear Deepika,

No, 3 year llb course after 12th cannot possible because it can be only done after completion of graduation in any stream. So if you want to pursue LLB then you need to do graduation 1st and then, LLB. But if you wish to pursue law then you can go for integrated courses like B.A LLB, B.B.A LLB or similar. This will save your 1 year. Because those courses are for 5 years. Thank you. All the best for your future.

Hello Aspirant,

LLB is three Years law programme. As per the eligibility you should be Graduate to apply for the programme.

Candidate passed class 12th can apply for BA LLB/ BBA LLB Five years Integrated law programme. CLAT is the national level exam you can apply for the admission to five years Integrated law programme.
