See, we should be practical when it comes to preparation of any exam like JEE where the demand of the questions that come in the exam are very high.You can complete whatever number chapters in a day you want and that may be more than 3 (which you want), but matters is the how much you can actually recollect and store in your brain.Our brain has capacity to store and remember lot of things but what matter is will that be remembered to you on the exam date? Without revision you cannot remember anything for long and you will never be able to recall it at the time needed.So, its better to make targets that are achievable, cover only limited chapters but cover them so effectively that no question should be spared from the topic at the date of the exam.Be realistic in your preparation. You know yourself better and if you feel you can cover 3 chapters in a day then you can do it.

So basically you are saying that you want to complete 3 chapters in one day for jee. See nothing is impossible but for completing 3 chapters which you have not studied earlier is really tough in one day. Even though you complete 3 chapters a day practicing numerical will be tough and jee needs practice of numericals. so try to study everyday and do not leave the syllabus for last.
