Hello Kaushik.

Though you scored well but still it is not sufficient enough to get any government or semi government college.

You can go for preparation again or take admission in any college under management quota.

Hello Kaushik,
With a score you are expecting you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both.
As you belong to the general category chances are really low because reserved categories have better chances than general category.
However you may get seat in the private Deemed Universities.
Try out the college predictor to know the colleges you may get for mbbs/bds according to the score you are expecting.
