Yes, you can appear in EAMCET 2020 when you have already taken admission.There is no upper age limit.You must qualify to be eligible to get seat and you need to attend document verification with required documents.So you need to get those certificates from from your college as you  might have submitted them at the time of admission.You may have to pay the entire course fee to get your documents and TC.
