Yes, you're definitely eligible for BSc Computer Science after you completed 12th with commerce. the minimum eligibility for computer science is 60% marks in Math and more than 55% aggregate in all the subjects (that includes one language and 2 other subjects). But after you get admission, you will see that most of the students in your batch will be from science background and most of them would've already studied a computer language in school itself (java, c++, or python) so, you'll have to buckle up and do your best, after first year you all will be on the same page.
