You can do MA in psychology after BA psychology honors as there is no such criterion of denying admission to hons student in  Savitribai Phule Pune university .

Candidates must have graduated in relevant stream from a recognized College/University.Then only candidates can pursue MA in psychology in Savitribai Phule Pune or in any University/college.So ,at first you will have to complete your BA psychology honours.
