Well sorry to tell you but it is not possible for a BBA student to complete his MA History. The eligibility criteria is basically you grades during your graduation, which should be greater than 50%. Apart from this in order to do a MA degree you should first possess a BA degree. BBA is more of buisnees oriented.

Therefore, please take care of this.  You may consider IGNOU, where there is no least eligibility, and you can just walk in and get admission, and do you MA with corespondence.

For Delhi university, you should have a B.A(hons) degree in history with marks greater than 60%, and you should score at least 50% in M.A Admission test.
