No if your subject combination in class 12th is pcbe+Any optional subject(except maths).

But if your subject combination is like this:
pcbe+maths in class 12th then you can fill jee mains form easily as you have physics,Chemistry and mathematics present in your 12th.

Having pcm is mandatory to fill jee mains application form.
