The last date to fill the application form of JEE Main was January 1, so you will not be able to fill the application form unless the exam conducting authorities decide to extend the deadline, which appears unlikely at the moment.

If you want to take admission in engineering colleges then you can appy in your state level exam and other private level entrance exam like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE, Amrita and Manipal.
These are all top level entrance exam and provides good placements as well for engineering program.
Don't loose hope you can still get into top engineering colleges.
