Yes , you are eligible for pursuing MA after your graduation in science stream i.e. b.sc as the basic eligibility criterion to be fulfilled by students for applying to MA course is completion of Bachelor's degree in any stream. For example to be eligible for admission in BHU for MA economic on entrance basis , eligiblity is a Graduate  in any subject from the BHU or any Indian University recognized by BHU So , yes you can  pursue MA after b.sc .
