there are many candidates who have multiple domicile due to x number of reason, at the end what matters is that you can show the domicile certificate for both the state which is punjab and rajasthan at the time of counseling. if you are not able to produce the document then you may get barred or not allow to get any seat in the state whose domicile you dont show.
