Yes, a commerce student with maths can give NDA examination for army. As per the educational qualification in the eligibility criteria, for Army wing of NDA candidates must have passed Class 12 under 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Any student can appear for NDA exam but the fact is that those who have maths and physics can only go for airforce and Indian Navy if you choose to appear for NDA then only option for us to go to Indian army.

Although you have maths but Air Force requirement Maths  as well as physics. But anyways you can appear for NDA
