Most likely no a homeopath cannot give allopathic medicine till the time you have a legal degree to allot so. You can do a certification or a related course in it to give the same. There is a one year course you will be required to do to be legal to prescribe allopathic medicine.

Its basically a diploma or a certificate course. You can confirm from your seniors more regarding it.
