The eligibility criteria before registration is

.AGE LIMIT:should be 17years old as on october 1,2019

.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:The candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board.The candidates who have sucessfully completed their  JEE main examination in 2018 0r will be appearing in 2019 will be able to apply for participation in jamia milla islamia  b.tech admission 2019.

For eligibility criteria for admission in UG programmes, the candidate must possess a Senior Secondary School Certificate or have cleared an equivalent examination from a recognised board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or at least 50% marks in the subject concerned. 

So yes you are eligible.
