Hello Ramiz,
Govt. colleges in Kolkata are very competitive and everyone tries to get into one of those. Score like 207 is way below the requirement to get into those colleges even if you are from OBC-NCL.
However you have the option to get admission into colleges like KPC medical college through management quota(approx cost 33 lakh) with that score.
