I'm sorry but a non J&K resident can't take admission in GMC, Srinagar. Since, Jammu is the only state which doesn't take part in the all India 15% quota counseling therefore, it doesn't take students who belong to other states. If you have a J&K domicile and are staying somewhere else then you can apply for GMC, Srinagar.
