Can a non medical student also apply for the veterinary course?

Hello aspirant,

Sorry to say you but a non medical student cannot pursue veterinary course just because you have to apply for veterinary course through Neet entrance examinations and then you should have Biology or biotechnology as your 10 + 2 Level subject.

Anjali, admission to B.V.Sc and AH courses is through NEET and for being eligible for NEET, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects in your 12th. Even if you have studied Biology as an additional subject, even then you are eligible for NEET. But if you do not have these subjects in your 12th, then you are unfortunately not eligible for NEET. Apart from NEET, there are other State level entrance examinations and they do also have the same criteria.
