Yes a repeater can also appear for KCET examination but his/her admission will be subjected to fulfillment of basic criteria of the college.

You will get a new registration number for the examination when the application form for the same is completed by the last date . You can find the application form at  https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/
