I could not understand why a student would want to fill both the online and the offline form for any Engineering College because only filling one form is sufficient for you.
Whether you fill it offline or online it doesn't matter so please be specific and fill only one form.

If you want to fill like that it would get you trouble.  Because offline form and online form, you're having will be different numbers and if you fill same credentials in both of them. Then they'll block your both applications. So please don't do that.
Any way,  you need to take inline test only if you submit offline/online form.
