Yes ofcourse, any body from any state can appear without any discrimination.Comedk has lot of college with good placement stats and academic records so you can go for it . But for you distance will be a concern

Hello Aspirant,

Yes student from all over India can apply for COMEDK and get admission in college for engineering (BTech) In Karnataka state.
College like RVCE, RAMAIAH,NEI,BMS, BIT and many more accept COMEDK.
