Hii
No entrances are not conducted by the university of Delhi, New Delhi for admissions to the Bachelor's of commerce in any College of the university. The admissions to almost all courses offered at the undergraduate level are merit  based. The university conducts entrances only for admissions to its bachelor's in management studies, bachelor's in business economics and bfia courses.
The entrance test is called the Delhi university joint entrance examination.
You can reach out to us for more information regarding admissions procedure, important dates, cutoffs etc.
Hope it helps
Thanks
