can a student having improvement exam in 4 subjects can apply for any college or there is some restriction in college admission

Hello,

You may apply for admission but it depends on the eligibility criteria for the given Institute. Few Institutes accepts only if the candidate has passed in the qualifying examination with requisite minimum marks in the first attempt. For such Institutes you might not be eligible. If there is no such criteria then you can apply for admission even if you are appearing for improvement in four subjects but you have to obtain the passing certificate on or before the specified date by the institute and you must also score the requisite marks as mentioned in the eligibility criteria for admission in a particular institute. So please go through the eligibility criteria before applying for admission.
