Can a student of OBC category get a seat in medical 15%quota,scoring 175 in neet

Hey Aruna , 

For the OBC Category the cutoff percentile is 40th percentile and according to the last year cutoff the marks range would be  118 - 96 , hence you will qualify the NEET exam but for the ALL India 15% qouta you have to  register yourself in the MCC site for the counseling process , the chances of your getting into a Govt medical college is low or negligible but you may get a seat in the self financed medical colleges or private medical colleges if money isn't a factor  during the MOP - UP ROUND but do keep check on the MCC sites and regularly after the results and don't miss any of the counseling round and MOP-UP ROUND.

Yes, the range of marks for obc candidates lies in the range of 118 - 196. Therefore, it is possible to get seat in medical with 175 marks.
