Yes, you can change your stream from Science to arts after xii Science. It doesn't make difference whether you are from PCM group or any other group. You have acquired knowledge of geography upto class 10 level. BA geography is important for your career and competitive exams. Geography is divided into cultural Geo, political Geo, economic geo, environmental geo, Indian geo.. In cartography there are Government vacancies in NATMOS, EXCEL in which you can apply after graduation in BA geography.

You can do BA geography hons from Tata College , Chaibasa . Jharkhand , Ragunathpur. It is a full time three years undergraduate course offered by kolhan University, Chaibasa.In  Tata College chaibasa,there are 275 seats for BA Geography hons.
