Hello Lalitha,
Yes, of course you can apply. Majority of the colleges accepts the NEET Score for drawing out the merit list for admission basis. So you just need to appear for neet exam and mark all India quota applied.
In neet exam as per the last year information you need to score more than 360 out of 720 marks for seeking admission in private colleges in Karnataka. That's the lowest bar I am stating here.
And also look into the branch in which you want to pursue your masters and colleges offering it. Through this you'll be able to know what is their criteria for admission.
