Can a veterinary graduate (BVsc) do Msc in Genetics?

Yes, you can do. As the eligibility criteria says that, anyone who has completed their Bachelor's degree in life sciences is able to do Post graduation in Genetics. Any bachelor degree in life science includes medicine, pharmacy, dental, B.E. Biotechnology, agriculture, veterinary sciences from a recognized board.
