Can admissions for mbbs still be open in private colleges due to medical problems of the student??

Regarding this you should talk to the respective institution they wuwi help you in a better way . Actually only they know what is possible at the time of counselling or admission or what is not. They will guide you regarding your query

Hello Sanskriti,
Admission process for MBBS course has been completed in most of the medical colleges. And after completion of the admission process no student is provided admission.  Admission to private medical colleges is through the state counselling So, However, if you can let me know that you want to apply through  which state counselling so I can provide you the details accordingly.
