Yes other state students are also eligible to give COMEDK 2020 examination. The education qualification required is the candidates should have qualified second PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or any other equivalent examination as recognized by State/Central government with  Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject in the last two years.
