The JEE ADVANCED  cutoff marks for all categories change every year, depending upon the number of seats available , the difficulty level of paper and many other factors. So considering all these factors and the previous year cutoffs , the cutoffs for OBC candidate is 31.5% of the total score . Since your marks are less than that , you have no chances of clearing the cutoffs.
