Mop up round is the offline process of seat allotment against the reverted seats of all India quota. According to the norms of supreme Court, this year any neet qualified student is eligible to participate in the mop up round of any state only for the reverted seats of all India quota But remember that you can apply in the mop up round ,only if you have already registered in the beginning in the respective state you wish to apply.If u have registration in any state, even non domicile students can apply only for that reverted seats from all India quota.
