Can i apply for rajasthan state clounselling without having a domicile?

Hello Kanika, If you do not have domicile of Rajasthan, you cannot appear for its State Counselling. You can only participate in the State Counselling of the State you have domicile of and Karnataka because it is an Open State. If you want a seat in Rajasthan Government Medical College, it is through All India Quota of 15% and if you want a seat in Private Medical Colleg of Rajasthan, then you should try in Management Quota.

Yes you can definitely apply for medical seats in a college of a state where you do not have a domicile of,The easiest way is by availing the 15% all India quota,
Even by the state quota you can fill in your choice for a state while filling in the online application form, if you have completed a major part of your school education(like a board examination) there and have the necessary documents like Marksheet and Pass Certificate... and specifically  it is not possible  to apply for state counselling without having domicile  proof.you can make use of management  quota if you could to avail without  domicile.
