All the entrance exams for engineering or b.tech had been over now and there results has been declared till now. But there is an entrance exam which is going to held - Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST)
This test is taken twice a year. It is an entrance exam as well as a scholarship exam for the students who are taking admission in the LPU. Its application has been started for the exam from 1st June . You should fill the application soon because the slot booking for examination will start from 6 June and this application will end on 25 June. If you do not give this exam than you have to wait for this year's jee mains exam to be held.

I was not able to get the information about which State you are talking about. Any way most States have entrance examinations for B.Tech or M.B.B.S. For B.Tech. you can enter the colleges with the help of State level entrance test or JEE. For B.Sc entrance tests are generally less. The admission to B.Sc occurs through merit in Class 12.
