Can any PSU like aai release it's notification of recruitment during code of conduct?

Hello,

By recent update from AAI, The Airport Authority of India (AAI) will release the application form for AAI recruitment through GATE 2019 tentatively from the first week of April . Candidates will be able to apply for the AAI recruitment through GATE  till the last week of May tentatively. Graduates in Civil, Electrical or Electronics engineering and Architecture will be eligible to apply for the recruitment by AAI through GATE.For more details of the same, go to

Where is this update given ?  Since there is no official notification about that in aai website.
