There are two cases:
Case 1 : You belong to that state in which the NIT is located, i.e., you are eligible to avail home state quota plus you are OBC.
So the cutoff might be around 190+ for getting into CSE in any of the 3 top NITs.
Case 2 : You do that belong to the other state, i.e., you will be availing other state quota.
In this case, the cutoff becomes relatively higher for getting CSE in any of the top 3 NITs. Maybe around 230 or more than that will be the safe zone.
