Preparation for neet is actually very tough.. ypu have to focus on biology physcs chemistry of cbse syllabus.. which require a lot of time.. 

Suppose u get an admssn for biology in a college in bsc.. but i hv to remond you that their syllabus is completely different from neet syllabus.. and bsc will take a lot hell time from your preparation hour..

You can take admssn.. but if you want to do medical only nd you are sure about it then bttr focus only on the coaching institute.. that will fetch good marks in neet...
