PGECET is entrance exam for MTech. for MSc, you should appear CPGET which is an entrance exam which gives entry to PG programs. CPGET is accepted by many universities and colleges affiliated under them.

Please check your respective domain syllabus and start preparation accordingly.

You can also appear for IIT-JAM which is national Msc entrance exam and get admission into IIT campus.
