Hello Abhilash ,

There is no connection between the exam you appear and the fee structure of the college . There are colleges with low fees under both the exams.

Hello Aspirant,

PGCET is a state level entrance exam of MBA and KMAT is an all india exam which takes place in few cities and it is for all the candidates across india.

Low fee structure colleges come in both the exams and its upto you what to choose from.
