There is No much difference between B.E. and B.Tech. 

B.E. - Bachelor of Engineering. It is much Conceptual. Practical knowledge and Industrial Trainings may or may not be provide by the college.

B.Tech - Bachelor of technology. It is into both Practical and Conceptual (Skill Oriented). Industrial Trainings, Practicals and Internships are compulsory.

In many colleges, B.E and B.Tech are considered as same, only some colleges treated them as different.
