A number of Government seats are reserved in private medical colleges in karnataka but they are only reserved for admissions through Karnataka CET. That is, candidates having karnataka domicile are only eligible for those seats. The fees of these colleges are around 1 lakh per annum. The admission to these colleges are done by the same counseling body as for government colleges. According to your rank in NEET, you may get government college or government seat in private college provided you have given names of all colleges during counseling. The private seats in those private colleges will be provided to you only if you select for private seats.
