• Maulana Azad NIT, Bhopal: Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy
• IIITDM, Jabalpur: CSE, ECE, Mech and lower branches
• ABV IIIT Gwalior: IT, and lower branches

You can try for chemical engineering in MA National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. It had a cut off of 9484 rank (OBC). You can also try for civil engineering which had an opening rank of 5617 and closing rank was 8406.

I would suggest you to go for Electronics and communication engineering In NIT bhopal. The reason is that, the branch is really good and the college has good placement record. If you want you can go for a better college but you'll have to compromise with your branch.
