Hello Harmain, 

I don't think so that getting 50% will make you eligible for NET. My brother is doing its preparation for NET and he is in final year of his master's as per my knowledge, a candidate must have atleast 65% aggregate in his master's from any recognised university.

A student is eligible to appear in NET exam only if he/she scores more than 50% in thier master's degree, from a recognised university.
